UAI 2011 Leadership Symposium
 
 
The purpose of this symposium is to provide our participants with an understanding of the origin, history and destiny of the UAI’s mission and to provide the leadership development tools necessary to help our associations and members fulfill this mission. The Symposium will take place in Chicago where it all started, the organizer of this event believe that leaders within UAI will truly benefit from joining others like them during those four days. The event itself is organized in three different chapters and each of those address specific area of leadership. Leadership must be viewed in context of the mission. This seminar will portray a vision of the destiny of our mission. It is in this context that we can better understand the leadership requirements that are necessary to realize the mission of the UAI. One of our goal is to establish the UAI Leadership Symposium as a pattern to be locally reproduced and coordinated by national associations in a manner that is reflective of their native culture.
